We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Kitchen and Bath Sales and Support Associate with experience in bath and kitchen fixtures to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B customer support, order processing, and vendor coordination. In this role, you will work closely with retailers and vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment, process replacements, and provide exceptional service to our business clients.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
- Monday - Friday
SALARY:
- Monthly Salary: $700-$1000 USD (DOE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Be available to pick up the phone to assist with their concerns.
- Manage and process customer orders using SellerCloud. Ensure accuracy in order details and track progress from initiation through fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Work with vendors to resolve issues related to product availability, order delays, or product quality. Maintain strong relationships with key vendors to support efficient operations.
- Issue replacement orders or process returns when necessary, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
- Create and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment details.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Escalate more complex issues as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in B2B customer service role, within the bath and kitchen fixtures industry.
- Strong experience with SellerCloud or similar order management systems is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
