Kickass Web Designer

We seek a highly skilled creative UI/UX kickass web designer knowledgeable with Illustrator / Figma / Photoshop to join our agency team. This role requires someone who can deliver high-quality website designs within reasonable deadlines, should be flexible designing for industries from restaurants to manufacturing, to tech startups. A good eye for selecting fitting stock photos is a must.

We are looking for a talented designer who can:
- Design modern, responsive web interfaces websites for our team to build out in WordPress, Shopify, SquareSpace, Wix etc.
- Design homepage and subpage layouts in Figma, Illustrator and or Photoshop.
- Collaborate with our development, CEO, and project manager to ensure cohesive and functional designs.
- Turn around design projects within a reasonable timeframe (24-48 hours) without compromising quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a web designer.
- Preferred proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools, especially for web design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design best practices.
- Create or edit logos that align with our clients’ brand identities.
