Our Kennedy Blue Specialists are responsible for providing excellent customer service and doing low-level/high-level project work. All training will be done remotely via Zoom. Training hours will be between 10 am and 3 pm Central Time.
Responsibilities:
Provide unbeatable customer service to all Kennedy Blue customers via phone,
Provide insight and professional recommendations about style and fit, and adjust suggestions accordingly based on our customers' vision
Achieve outstanding feedback from customers regarding service level and merchandise knowledge
Ability to multi-task and perform in fast-paced situations
Practice flexibility between different roles depending on job demands
Qualifications and Skills:
1 year of customer service experience
Great English speaking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone etiquette. Always happy to speak with customers!
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Requirements:
Must be available Monday through Friday; 30 hours hours/week (11 am-5 pm Central Standard Time)
Must have access to a computer
Must have access to reliable wifi
Must have access to a quiet space to work with no distractions
