We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA and Keap Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) CRM system, automating key marketing and sales processes, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all campaigns. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, quality assurance skills, and a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Keap Management & Optimization: Manage, configure, and continuously optimize Keap for CRM,
Automation Workflows: Develop and implement automated workflows for marketing and sales processes to enhance efficiency and engagement.
Campaign QA & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of campaigns,
Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure all data within the Keap CRM system is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and optimize campaign performance.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of automated campaigns, analyze results, and recommend enhancements for efficiency and better results.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all marketing and sales campaigns meet high standards of quality and functionality across all platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in configuring and customizing Keap (Infusionsoft).
Strong understanding of CRM,
Experience in quality assurance with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Familiarity with digital marketing processes, workflows, and campaign management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with performance tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
