Job Description:

As a K-Pop Promotion Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand’s reach through strategic promotional partnerships on Instagram and YouTube. Your role will be crucial in driving engagement and achieving measurable success through innovative campaigns tailored to the vibrant world of K-Pop fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Instagram Promotions: Manage partnerships with K-Pop fan accounts on Instagram, securing feed and story post integrations to effectively promote Fashion Chingu’s products to a dedicated fanbase.

- Manage and execute a target of 100 monthly promotions on Instagram, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and achieving engagement goals.
- Your quota is to generate at least 11,000 clicks per month (current status), with a goal to increase this to 18,000 clicks over the period of a year.

YouTube Outreach: Establish and maintain collaborations with YouTube channels that specialize in K-Pop compilations and news, securing video integrations that promote Fashion Chingu’s products.

- Develop and maintain partnerships with YouTube content creators who specialize in K-Pop compilations and news.
- Coordinate the integration of our promotional content in at least 20 videos per month,
- Your goal is to achieve throughout all promotions a minimum of 1,000,000 views (current status), with targets set to grow to 1,500,000 and eventually 2,000,000 views within a year.

Key Competencies:

- A deep passion for K-Pop, with substantial industry knowledge and community involvement. Maybe you have went to community events already, maybe you have attended a few concerts already. We are searching for a delulu stan.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of securing favorable terms and maintaining fruitful partnerships.
- High organizational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and integrations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking, proficient in using metrics to guide campaign strategies and adjustments.

Facts about the position:
- Work Hours: This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with 8 hours per day. Four of these hours must be completed during core working hours from 2 PM to 6 PM Philippine time. The scheduling of the remaining hours is flexible and can be managed according to your discretion.
- Holidays: The position includes six paid holidays annually.
- Contract Type: This is a freelancing contract, offering flexibility and independence under the terms agreed upon.
