JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced WordPress Elementor Developer with a strong focus on front-end development, particularly in CSS and Bootstrap, to create high-end custom websites. You will play a crucial role in delivering pixel-perfect, fast, and user-friendly designs. No scripting or backend knowledge is required — just a passion for styling and optimizing websites for performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

FRONT END DEVELOPMENT
- Building and styling custom websites using a CMS similar to WordPress and Elementor, with a heavy emphasis on CSS and Bootstrap.
- Implementing clean, well-organized code and ensuring responsive design across all devices.
- Collaborating with the design team to bring mockups from Figma into functional websites.
- Ensuring optimal website performance (load time, speed, etc.) by leveraging front-end best practices.
- Customizing Builder widgets and templates to meet specific design needs.
- Troubleshooting front-end issues and providing quick resolutions.


TEAM COLLABORATION
- Working alongside project managers to complete tasks as part of the team’s development process.
- Participating in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss project progress and suggest new tools or techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Expert-Level Front-End Development: Mastery of CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap for building responsive and visually stunning websites.
- 3+ years experience in WordPress, Elementor, and front-end styling.
- Proven experience with Bootstrap to build flexible, grid-based layouts and components.
- Proficiency with Figma to translate design into functional front-end code.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Experience with API integrations at the front-end level (e.g., integrating third-party services or data into the front end).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with designers, project managers, and clients.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fast typing speed (80+ words per minute).
- Experience with GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Experience using Slack or similar team communication platforms.
- Proactive in identifying and solving front-end challenges.

COMPENSATION
$750-$1,000 USD per month

SCHEDULE
- 8 hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time.
- Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
