JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Work from Home - Must have home computer & internet)
Position Type: Independent Contractor with Benefits.

FULL-TIME (40 working hours/week)
Work Availability Requirement: Monday-Friday 7AM – 7PM U.S. Pacific Time
(will not be working the entire time frame, however availability requested. Work is still 40 hours / week)
“On Call” for Emergencies/Priorities during other times

This is a junior-level VA & Property Management role that is hands-on where you’ll be working and learning from a team member prior to implementing, gaining practical experience, and developing the skills needed to thrive in property management & more with us. You’ll learn to assist with various tasks and learn the ins and outs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn Property Management Support: Support the team in managing properties by assisting with administrative tasks, learning how to communicate with tenants, prospects, and understanding maintenance coordination.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Help assist and maintain records and tasks as needed.
Support Tenant Relations: Help answer tenant questions and concerns, learning how to provide great customer service and ensure a positive rental experience.
- Marketing Assistance: Assist in creating listings for available properties, learn how to promote properties online, and understand how to attract new tenants.
- Research & Resource Support: Learn to research solutions for property management challenges and assist with finding maintenance vendors.
- Technology Use: You’ll get hands-on training with property management tools and software, helping you learn how to make processes more efficient.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Eager to Learn: An interest in learning property management from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is open to guidance and ready to develop new skills.
- Excellent Written & Spoken English: You’ll be communicating with prospects, tenants and team members, so good written and verbal communication skills are important.
- Attention to Detail: Able to focus on the small details and maintain accuracy in tasks such as record-keeping, report preparation, and tenant communication.
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with basic technology tools (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
- No Property Management Experience Needed: Previous experience in property management isn’t required! However, other work experience is expected. (Whether that be in customer service, office support, or virtual assistance or another field.)
