Job Description:

We are currently seeking an exceptional Systems Administrator to assist with the day-to-day management of internal and customer-facing systems. You will build amazing relationships with our team members and work closely with our team of highly skilled techs. We believe in a team approach and foster an environment where everyone contributes and is motivated to help one another. You must be able to easily build relationships with others and demonstrate a willingness to tackle any issue and get it done. This is a fast-paced environment, so you should be ready to quickly come up to speed on our systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage service dispatching and ticketing software.
• Analyze and optimize scheduling and dispatching processes.
• Utilize CRM tools related to service ticketing and dispatching.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Generate reports on technician performance, service schedules, and account management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and implement process changes.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
• Assist techs with optimizing their workloads and scheduling with customers.
• Multitask and handle multiple tasks in rapid succession.

Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of MSP experience.
• At least 10+ years of Systems Admin experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Specialized knowledge of project, people, and deadline management.
• Efficient and logical problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined, motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation.

Prior experience with the following software tools is preferred but not required:
• Microsoft 365 (all areas)
• ConnectWise
• NinjaOne
• BrightGauge
• SQL
• Powershell
• Unix
