About The Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Sourcer & Recruiter to join our team and support the recruitment efforts for the Philippines market. This is a key role where you’ll assist with basic recruiting tasks, job postings, and scheduling interviews, all while working closely with our senior recruiters.

What You'll Do:
- Source candidates for open positions through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Post job openings across various job boards and social media channels.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide general recruiting support to senior recruiters.
- Help maintain and organize candidate databases in our recruiting software.
- Assist with initial candidate screening and communicating job opportunities.
- Continuously work to streamline the recruiting process and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in sourcing, job posting, and recruiting.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
- Experience recruiting in the Accounting and Tax fields (strong asset).
- Ability to work full-time EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to recruiting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
