Junior Operations Associate

- Process interview videos, including identifying key time markers and inputting them into a spreadsheet.
- Upload interview videos and manage the interview processing pipeline using Upgrade to see actual info.
- Review final interview videos for quality assurance and control.
- Provide feedback to part-time interviewers to maintain interview quality.
- Include the word 'cactus' in all capitals at the top of your application to be considered.
- Lead special assignments and projects to build professional skills.
