Junior Network/Telecom Engineer

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about networking, eager to learn, and ready to jump into hands-on experience. While no professional experience is required, a solid grasp of network fundamentals is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems (LAN, WAN, VoIP, etc.) for remote clients.
Troubleshoot network and telecom issues remotely, ensuring quick resolutions.
Help monitor network performance and suggest improvements.
Work with the team to implement network upgrades and enforce security protocols.
Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve helpdesk tickets.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and problem resolutions.



Skills & Qualifications:


Understanding of networking basics (IP addressing, routing, switching, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and telecom systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Strong communication skills, particularly in remote collaboration.
Enthusiastic and proactive in learning new technologies.
