Are you action-oriented, analytical, and ready to take on challenges media buyer? We’re looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to join our growing online retail company. You’ll work directly with experienced leaders, managing media strategies across digital platforms to maximize ROI and build brand awareness. If you have the courage to learn and the discipline to listen and improve, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Help manage daily campaign activities, including ad placements, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.
Analyze campaign data and generate reports to measure effectiveness, providing insights for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance media buying efforts.
Coordinate with creative teams to manage and publish campaign assets.
Responsible for assembling and organizing assets for marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Excellent Work Ethic: Dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality work consistently.
Digital Advertising Experience: Familiarity with key advertising platforms like Google and Meta Ads, is essential.
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing challenges and finding effective solutions.
Effective Decision Making: Confident in making well-informed choices to drive results.
eCommerce Experience: Familiarity with managing product catalogs, and platform usage is highly beneficial.

Compensation & Schedule:
$700 - $1000.
Earliest start 4 AM / latest end time 4:00 PM EST.

Terms:
M-F, weekends off.
Permanent Remote.
Attendance Bonus.
Performance Bonus.
13th Salary (after completing one year).
Paid Christmas, NY, Easter Off + 5 Days PTO.
