Are you a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer? Join our team and help us thrive in the New Age Spirituality space. As a key part of our design team, you'll contribute to creating impactful visual assets across various digital media channels, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines. Ideally, you have experience with Figma and some exposure to GIF or video editing, which will allow you to bring dynamic elements to our designs.

Job Overview: As a Direct Response Marketing Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs for digital platforms. You will combine your artistic talent, technical skills, and creativity to produce engaging graphics that enhance user experiences, convey brand messages, and drive digital marketing efforts. Your work will contribute to establishing a strong visual identity for our company, attracting and retaining online audiences, and ultimately supporting our business objectives.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven work experience as a Direct Response Marketing Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your digital design skills and projects.
At least 2 years of experience in creating and designing paid ads on various platforms(facebook, google, etc).
Proficiency in using industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with digital design tools and wireframing tools such as Figma and Mural.
Well-versed in creating product images, book covers, web pages, email ads, and Facebook & Google ads.
Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and their application in digital design.
Knowledge of web design principles, motion graphics, responsive design, and HTML/CSS is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring designs are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging design trends, digital advancements, and industry best practices.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and campaign objectives.
Conceptualize and design visually appealing digital graphics, including website elements, social media posts, digital ads, email templates, infographics, and other online assets.
Apply your expertise in color theory, typography, layout composition, and user experience (UX) design principles to create designs that are aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
Ensure all digital designs are optimized for various devices and platforms, maintaining consistency across different screen sizes and resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital marketing practices, and incorporate them into your work to ensure our brand remains current and competitive.
Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI designers to ensure the seamless integration of your designs into websites and other digital platforms.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate implementation of designs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process.
Create and maintain a digital asset library, organizing and cataloging design files for easy retrieval and future use.
Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters, media buyers, and marketing managers, to ensure the alignment of visual and written content.
