Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage
Update and maintain CRM database and ensure data accuracy.
Perform quality control checks on reports and prepare them for submission.
Handle inbound calls, voi
Coordinate calendars and streamline scheduling
Data Processing & Analysis:
Analyze business metrics and run reports.
Format and condition data for presentation, including basic macros and spreadsheet automation.
Social Media & Content Management:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content.
Ensure the brand's online presence aligns with company values.
Special Projects:
Support initiatives related to safety culture software and restaurant/grocery industry standards.
Assist in learning and using proprietary software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and safety culture software.
Background in food service, restaurant, or grocery store industry preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data formatting and macros.
Ability to create visual content for social media and assist with marketing efforts.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
