Who are you looking for?

We’re seeking a self-driven, conscientious E-commerce Creative Strategist specialized in direct response digital marketing. Someone who is excited to work in a start-up environment and eager to learn & grow at record speeds.

What are the responsibilities?
- In-depth research to understand target consumers psychology, needs, pains, wants & aspirations & create different customer avatars
- Producing data driven briefs/scripts for Influencer Marketing & Facebook Ads that convert
- Creating funnels that maximize AOV (Average Order Value) & CRO (Conversion Rate)
- Assisting with branding, customer experience & customer lifetime value optimization efforts

What are your requirements?

You’re our ideal match if:
- You have 3+ years of E-commerce Facebook Ads Creative Strategy and implementation experience with a focus on direct response
- You'Upgrade to see actual info consistently produced winning Facebook ad scripts that delivered profitable ROAS
- You’re passionate about understanding consumer psychology deeply and apply these insights naturally in your work
- You aspire to grow towards a Senior Creative Strategist role that involves project and team management
- You have an intermediate level of copywriting skills - this skill is a huge plus but not necessary
