Junior Architect (Hybrid WFH Manila)

Company: ModHauz Australia
Location: Remote (Work from Home) with bi-monthly reporting on-site at BGC, Makati
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Dayshift)

Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Develop detailed 3D models and high-quality renders.
Coordinate and manage project revisions, ensuring all changes are accurately implemented.
Prepare and deliver compelling project presentations.
Collaborate closely with the Design Manager to ensure project objectives are met.

Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Architecture
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape.
Experience in Australian design standards and practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
