HIRING!!!! JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (open to fresh graduates)

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Open to fresh graduates or with 2-3 years of work experience in accounting, bookkeeping and related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- A self-starter with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A fast-learner, smart, flexible and have passion to do accounting/tax works
- A positive attitude and the desire to contribute to a high performing team
- Impressive performance during tertiary studies

Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely
- Assist in preparation and submission of various US tax returns for individuals, trusts, LLC and corporations
- Compilation of electronic workpapers in accordance with filing and naming conventions
- Preparation of financial statements using QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online software
- Communication with senior team members in respect of queries and review points
- Provide other support as necessary to the team
- Require full time graveyard shift 9 AM- 6 PM PST
- Require to join zoom meeting and timeproof during work hours
