Jr. Web Developer

We are looking for a talented Jr. Web Developer to join our distributed team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for addressing regression bugs, clearing backlog tickets, and handling ad-hoc requests from other internal teams.


Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains WordPress Solutions
Manages PHP development tasks such as developing, integrating, and troubleshooting PHP-based applications and APIs
Creates responsive, visually appealing, and performant user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including front-end frameworks
Addresses regression bugs, clears backlog tickets and provides technical assistance for ad-hoc requests

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a Web Developer
Knowledgeable in WordPress development
Knowledgeable in PHP development
Knowledgeable in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Git, SAAS, and PHP OOP is a plus
Able to work collaboratively within a lean startup environment
Receptive to guidance and direction from team members
Skilled in both front-end and back-end development tasks
Effective communicator and team player, able to coordinate closely with colleagues
Reliable access to high-speed internet connectivity with back-up options available
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
