Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Content Management
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and market changes to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure digital strategies support larger organizational objectives.

Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
- Provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports that offer actionable insights for optimizing future campaigns and refining content strategies.

Content Strategy
- Develop a content marketing strategy that engages and informs target audiences.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand voice, messaging, and audience intent.

Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Study audience behaviors and preferences to ensure content and strategies are aligned with the target market’s needs and interests.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing (5 years preferred, 3 years minimum)--including strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.
-EXPERIENCE WORKING IN STARTUP ENVIRONMENTS
- Expert-level proficiency in SEO: Strong keyword research skills, on-page/off-page optimization, backlink strategies, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation.
- Skilled in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI. Ability to set up custom reports and dashboards.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, ads, email and content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing automation software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
