As a Partnerships Management Assistant, you will be at the heart of our collaboration strategy. Under the guidance of Marie, our experienced manager, you’ll help organize and monitor partnerships that generate buzz around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily tracking of our collaborations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Communicate effectively with partners to maintain a fluid and efficient project dynamic.
Carefully organize received content, storing it in our Google Drive for easy and structured access.
Offer insights to help us improve our processes and continually innovate.

What We’re Looking For:

A natural communicator with a great sense of organization.
Comfortable with digital tools such as Instagram and Google Sheets; knowledge of Shopify is a big plus!
Independent and resourceful, ready to take initiative.
