Have 1+ years of experience in solar cold calling, appointment setting, or related sales roles.
Speak fluent English and excel in clear, engaging communication.
Are comfortable in target-driven environments and motivated to exceed goals.

Bonus Points:
Experience using CRMs and predictive dialers.
Familiarity with handling solar-specific objections and guiding homeowners through the process.
