JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a superstar admin who wants to join a start-up. Please read the day-to-day tasks carefully.

General Day-to-day tasks:

Writing:
- Respond to chat, comments, statuses, emails and phone calls across LMS, Gmail, and Socials.
- Create/write, schedule and post, statuses, FAQ style discussions, and Knowledge base across Socials and LMS..
- Help write SOPs, Email flows, and Articles.
- Research various topics and businesses when required (You will be told how)

Admin:
- Complete Basic day-to-day Learn-dash (LMS) and word-press tasks.
- Complete basic Administrative works such as managing student databases (Airtable) and folders (Google Drive), managing affiliates and onboarding them on how to use their dashboard (Surecart).
- Personally assist management when needed.

WordPress:
- Create required WordPress pages when needed using breakdance or Elementor, and sure-members etc (If you know how).
- Create automation when necessary (If you know how).
- Help with basic CSS, HTML (If you know how).

Required skills & experience:

- Fluent English writing & speaking skills. (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Content writing skills. (IMPORTANT)
- WordPress Skills (IMPORTANT)
- Email marketing Skills (BONUS)
- Airtable knowledge (BONUS)


Working Hours:
- We would like someone to work full-time if possible - however, it is negotiable if you have commitments.
- Average daily hours: 8 hours (you can work more hours if you like, there's plenty of work)

Rates & Pay:
- You can choose to get paid fortnightly or monthly.
- Rate is negotiable
- Salary depends of days worked.
- Average salary: between $400 AUD - $1,500 AUD/mo (Depends if you work every day, only weekdays, hours, and experience)

P.S. Rate is negotiable based on experience!
