JOB OVERVIEW

THE ROLE

Our company is a vibrant team of 25+ professionals based in the Philippines, dedicated to supporting Amazon sellers in the UK and USA to expand their businesses. We are looking for a full-time E-learning Content Course Creator to support our customers. We currently have a content creation team for our YouTube Channel and our public and private course content, although now we are building out the private course content creation side of this business. All our content is educational and based around training and supporting our clients in selling on the Amazon marketplaces.


As an E-learning Content Course Creator at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-quality educational content for our e-learning platforms/media like video, images, downloadable content, etc. This role will also provide technical expertise to assist groups/teams in developing new e-learning courses and revising e-learning courses.


The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


KEY RESULT AREA #1 Instructional Design

Create a compelling and relevant e-learning course design in response to business needs and customer requirements
Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, presentations, quizzes, and interactive simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
Write clear and concise instructional materials, scripts, and assessments that effectively communicate complex concepts and procedures.
Research and define course structure and contents for the required courses based on the requirements of the business and our customer
Create video scripts and shoot guides for any video content that is required
Design and either create or outsource downloadable content that is required for the courses
Performance Metrics: Complete program design, video script, and shoot guides

KEY RESULT AREA #2 Multimedia Development
Leverage technology in developing e-learning materials
Using WordPress (training provided) put the course content together with all videos, images, and downloadable content along with any required emails
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools to organize course content, track learner progress, and facilitate course delivery.
Select, modify, and integrate existing instructional materials that employ multimedia and emerging technologies
Develop e-learning programs that leverage new technologies and multimedia
Performance Metrics: Complete modules, programs, content, etc.


KEY RESULT AREA #3 Course Review and Redevelopment
Research and analyze industry trends, market demands, and customer feedback to identify topics for new courses and updates to existing content.
Listen and review feedback from stakeholders to drive improvements to the course content on an when basis.
Performance Metrics: Periodic course review/feedback survey, Complete and updated materials

KEY RESULT AREA #4 Project Management
Collaborate with different departments/ business units for all any related projects and programs
Performance Metrics: Project Timelines, Milestones


THE REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
BS Media/writing graduate or any related course from a reputable university
At least 2 years of substantial work experience in research and content creation
Preferably with experience in content creation for online courses and or YouTube
