Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Reviewer to join our remote team. If you have experience in tax preparation and reviewing, are comfortable with tax software, and have a keen eye for accuracy, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Review individual and corporate tax returns prepared by an outsourced vendor.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines during the busy tax season.
• Collaborate with the team to address any discrepancies or necessary revisions.
• Utilize ProConnect tax prep software and other accounting tools.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns.
• Strong understanding of US tax regulations.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Tools You Will Use:
• ProConnect (MUST have experience)
• QuickBooks
• Outlook
Working Hours:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• 9 AM - 6 PM EST (Graveyard Shift).
