Job Description:
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to support various real estate, administrative, and creative tasks. In this role, you’ll be working directly with a thriving real estate brokerage, assisting with administrative duties, property management, social media, transaction coordination, and more. Your creativity and keen eye for design will be essential in developing engaging content and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with real estate tasks, including handling MLS, Dotloop, Zillow, and Kunversion.
• Provide transaction coordination and email management support.
• Manage and optimize Airbnb, VRBO, Wix, and Hospitable property platforms.
• Handle personal assistance tasks, such as booking flights, managing calendars, and shopping online.
• Coordinate marketing efforts, including creating, editing, and scheduling social media posts and campaigns.
• Develop high-quality, brand-aligned graphics and content.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving for home warranty issues.
• Perform general administrative duties, including paying bills and organizing files.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative role.
• Familiarity with real estate tools and platforms (MLS, Dotloop, Zillow, Kunversion).
• Strong knowledge of property management tools like Airbnb, VRBO, and Hospitable.
• Creative and skilled in graphic design and social media content creation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Working Hours:
• Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Graveyard Shift)

Non-Negotiables:
1. Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
2. Time of Work Hours: Graveyard Shift (US Timezone).
