Job Title: Outbound Telemarketer

Location: Remote

Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time

Compensation: $200 bi-weekly, totaling $400 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our insurance products and services.
Effectively communicate the value of our offerings and address client inquiries.
Utilize a dialer system (experience with Callstools, Richochet, or similar preferred) to manage call volume efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow up with leads as necessary.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to conduct calls.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Familiarity with dialing systems and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
