JOB OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic e-commerce team and play a key role in customer engagement and sales growth. We are looking for dedicated professionals who excel in customer service, sales, and retention strategies while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers via phone, live chat, email, and social media comments
-Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell to increase conversions
-Recover abandoned carts and follow up with potential buyers
-Assist customers with inquiries, subscriptions, cancellations, and returns
-Track interactions and meet sales and engagement KPIs using CRM tools

Qualifications:
-1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
-Experience with helpdesk platforms like Gorgias or Zendesk
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-E-commerce experience is a plus

Technical Requirements:
-Personally-owned PC or laptop (Intel i5 processor or equivalent)
-Minimum 15 Mbps upload and download internet speed
