Position: Remote Solar Appointment Setter (Commission-Driven)
We need driven professionals who can identify qualified homeowners, create urgency, and set appointments that turn into sales. If you know how to build rapport fast and set clear expectations, you will dominate in this role.

Base Pay: $300/month
$50 Bonus per Qualified Appointment (Sits)
$150 Bonus per Sale from Your Appointment

Outbound Cold Calling – Reach out to homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, and gauge their interest.
Set High-Intent Appointments – Focus on quality, ensuring the homeowner is a good fit for solar and ready to meet.
Manage the Conversation – Control the call, set clear expectations, and create urgency.
Maximize Your Earnings – Your pay is tied to results. The more solid appointments you book, the more you take home.

1+ Year of Sales or Appointment Setting Experience (Solar is a plus but not required).
