We are seeking dedicated and experienced Appointment Setters to join our elite team. Help homeowners reduce their electricity bills, embrace sustainable energy, and be part of the solution for a brighter future.

???? Positions Available: 2 Elite Appointment Setters
Schedule: Part-time to start (6 hours/day) with the potential to transition to full-time (8 hours/day) based on performance and results.

Full-Time Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM USA Eastern Time.

Hourly Base Pay: $4/hour with regular performance reviews.

Earn $100 for every appointment that converts into a sale.

Educate Homeowners: Build relationships and educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
Set High-Quality Appointments: Overcome objections and secure qualified solar consultations for our expert sales team.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure every call is professional, engaging, and leaves the homeowner excited about learning more.

???? Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking appointment-setting pros who:

Have 1+ years of experience in solar cold calling, appointment setting, or sales.
Are fluent English speakers with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Have a self-starter mentality and a passion for making an impact.
Bonus Points for:

Experience working with predictive dialers and CRMs.
Familiarity with overcoming solar-specific objections and addressing homeowner concerns.

? Qualifications
Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling (solar experience preferred).
Quiet, professional home office setup with a reliable computer, headset, and internet connection.
Ability to follow scripts while keeping calls conversational and engaging.
Commitment to exceeding targets and continuously improving.
