Working Hours: Canada' Monday to Friday - 12 PM - 9 PM Vancouver, Canada Time PST, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks

About the Role:
As a Content Editor and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and proofreading email and social media content using our advanced AI engine. Your primary task will be to fix any errors in the AI output, ensuring that our content is polished and professional. This role includes creating and editing Facebook posts, 2500-word blogs, video scripts, and various other copy. You will also monitor an incoming email address, handle customer queries, and create tickets for our team as needed. Additionally, you will assist customers in connecting their social media accounts to our system through some outbound calling.

Responsibilities:

Generate and proofread email and social media content using our AI engine.
Fix errors in AI-generated content to ensure high-quality output.
Create and edit Facebook posts, blogs, video scripts, and other copy.
Monitor and respond to customer emails.
Create tickets for tasks and coordinate with the appropriate team members.
Assist customers in connecting their social media accounts to our system through outbound calls.
Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic HTML or WordPress skills are a bonus.
CRM experience is a bonus.
Basic image cropping, resizing, and squaring skills are a bonus.
Must have a reasonable Windows computer with two monitors.
Must have excellent internet skills and a reliable internet connection.
Salary:

Up to 50,000 PHP/month based on experience.
First month at 40,000 PHP to prove skills.
