I'm looking for a highly resourceful and proactive Personal Assistant who can help streamline my busy life. I balance a full-time job, family responsibilities, and a business. You’ll play a vital role in managing various tasks, freeing up my time to focus on the big picture.
About You
You are tech-savvy and fluent in English, with a knack for organization and an innate ability to get things done. Communication is critical; if you can’t understand what I need quickly and accurately, this role won’t be a fit. You’re comfortable not just supporting but taking initiative, using AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity daily—not just for basic tasks but to bring real insights and efficiency to my day. Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva are part of your skill set, and you can prepare reports, presentations, and any materials I need to keep things moving.
What You’ll Do
1. Administrative Support:
Manage my calendar, arrange appointments, and handle correspondence.
Draft responses to
Keep my digital workspace and files organized.
2. Research & Reporting:
Conduct research on various topics, summarize findings, and present clear information.
Compile data and insights for projects, including product research and vendor communication.
Create reports, presentations, and visual content as needed.
3. AI & Technology Utilization:
Use AI tools for intelligent research and task management.
Set up productivity tools and automation for better efficiency.
Implement solutions to streamline repetitive tasks.
4. Personal Tasks & Errands:
Assist with personal errands and day-to-day tasks.
Handle travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
5. Project Coordination:
Oversee special projects, monitor progress, and keep me updated.
Coordinate with freelancers or vendors when necessary.
6. Flexibility for Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Adapt to new priorities and tackle tasks as they arise.
Ideal Skills & Traits
Strong written and spoken English.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and Canva.
Comfortable making calls to vendors and service providers for tasks like booking, gathering information, and resolving issues.
Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with any of the following is a bonus but not necessary Premier/Davinci, product sourcing, familiarity with Amazon business, and sales/negotiation skills.
Hours: 5-10 per week, based on workload
Hourly Rate: $3 - $4 USD based on experience
