Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client projects and ensure that our team delivers top-quality work on time. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, familiarity with architecture or AutoCAD renderings, and experience in managing tasks, staffing, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Coordinate client tasks, assign projects to staff, and monitor the workflow to ensure timely, quality completion of all deliverables.
Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, communicating progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work produced by the design team, ensuring each project meets R7 Home Designs’ standards.
Staff Oversight: Manage team schedules, handle minor recruitment, and monitor performance to ensure the team is staffed appropriately for project demands.
Billing and Invoicing: Oversee client billing, track project costs, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Qualifications:

Experience in project management, ideally in an architectural or design-related firm.
Proficiency in task management tools and a strong understanding of AutoCAD or similar design software.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with clients.
Flexibility to work some hours in US EST to accommodate client and team needs.
