Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled Inbound Sales Representatives to reach out to potential vendors, online stores, and advertisers to promote Bella Baby as their go-to platform for advertising and growing their customer base. Your role will involve nurturing leads, building relationships, and closing deals with vendors to advertise on our site. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in communication, are results-driven, and are passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Outreach:
Handle inbound inquiries from potential vendors and online stores.
Proactively reach out to vendors using email, phone, and other communication tools to pitch Bella Baby’s advertising services.

Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how Bella Baby can help them grow.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors to address questions, concerns, or objections.

Sales & Negotiations:
Present and explain advertising options, pricing, and partnership benefits to vendors.
Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard vendors as advertisers on Bella Baby.

Pipeline Management:
Track all sales activities in a CRM system (experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus).
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

Follow-Up & Nurturing:
Follow up with vendors who express interest in advertising but are not ready to commit yet.
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure long-term partnerships.

Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the sales pitch aligns with Bella Baby’s brand values.
Provide feedback on market trends, vendor needs, and potential opportunities to improve our offerings.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in advertising, eCommerce, or SaaS.

Fluent English Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills to communicate effectively with Canadian vendors.
Professionalism: A polished and professional demeanor to represent Bella Baby with confidence.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), CRM systems, and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).

Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with a Canadian or North American client base is a plus.
Familiarity with parenting or baby products is an advantage.
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Knowledge of cold outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
