Overview
Real Deal Home Solutions is seeking a dynamic GoHighLevel CRM Sales Manager to lead our wholesale real estate operations. This individual will be responsible for optimizing and managing daily CRM activities using GoHighLevel (formerly REIReply), ensuring seamless business processes, and maximizing lead conversion. The role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, real estate marketing, and cash buyer management strategies. DM me brian at real deal homes . b i z / no spaces
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Optimization
o Lead day-to-day operations within GoHighLevel, ensuring efficient management of leads, campaigns, and workflows.
o Regularly update and de-duplicate buyer data to maintain an organized and active database.
o Design and automate workflows for email, SMS, and ringless voicemail campaigns targeting cash buyers, ensuring high engagement and conversion.
2. Marketing Campaign Execution
o Plan, design, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel, focusing on real estate properties.
o Utilize various digital strategies such as cold calling, targeted email campaigns, text marketing, and ringless voicemails to maximize outreach.
o Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
3. Cash Buyer Management & Outreach
o Build and manage a comprehensive list of cash buyers, sourcing contacts through online platforms, networking, and skip tracing.
o Communicate effectively with buyers, presenting properties with well-designed marketing materials and highlighting key features.
o Negotiate terms with buyers to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.

• Superior Expertise in GoHighLevel CRM: Demonstrated experience in managing CRM operations, creating automation workflows, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Strong Communication & Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Skilled in analyzing campaign metrics and providing actionable insights to improve performance.
• Real Estate Industry Experience: Familiarity with wholesale real estate business processes, including marketing, negotiation, and property sales strategies.
Qualifications
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (REIReply) or similar CRM platforms.
• Minimum of 3+ years in the wholesale real estate industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign design, and automation tools.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
