Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media and Email Marketing Manager with expertise in Go High Level for our digital marketing efforts. In this position, you’ll develop and execute strategies to captivate our clients’ audiences, boost conversions, and align with business objectives. Using your proficiency in social media, email marketing, and Go High Level’s automation capabilities, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving impactful results for clients in the mortgage and real estate lending sectors.


Key Responsibilities

? Craft and execute social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to connect with audiences in the mortgage and real estate industries.

? Design, develop, and oversee email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows customized for our clients.

? Leverage Go High Level to streamline marketing processes, manage leads, and enhance customer journeys for our clients.
Produce compelling content—such as graphics, videos, and copy—that appeals to mortgage and real estate professionals and their clients.

? Evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations to maximize ROI for our clients.
Work closely with our sales, content, and design teams to align marketing initiatives and create unified campaigns.

? Create and edit videos for social media and Youtube using skills of other high end content creators.


Required Skills and Qualifications

? Proven experience with Go High Level for marketing automation and CRM, preferably in the mortgage or real estate fields.
Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, tailored to engaging finance and real estate professionals.

? Track record of success in email marketing, including list management, segmentation, and adherence to industry regulations.

? Creative proficiency with tools like Canva, Capcut or Adobe Creative Suite to create eye-catching content.

? Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions aligned with client goals.

? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive messages for varied audiences.

? Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while juggling multiple client projects.

? Certification in Go High Level
