Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who loves connecting with people? Do you have a knack for identifying potential clients and setting up appointments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a remote Commission-Based Appointment Setter.
Job Description:
As a Commission-Based Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by connecting with potential clients and setting up solar appointments for our sales team. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home and choose your own working hours.
Responsibilities:
Utilize provided leads or conduct research to identify potential clients who could benefit from our Upgrade to see actual infoitiate outbound calls to prospects and engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our offerings.
Articulate the value and benefits of our products/services to prospects and address any initial inquiries they might have.
Schedule appointments between interested prospects and our sales representatives.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, appointments set, and outcomes in our CRM system ( MOJO)..
Strive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in appointment setting for solar industry, telemarketing, or sales is a plus but not Upgrade to see actual infolf-driven and motivated to work independently with minimal Upgrade to see actual infofortable with making outbound calls and engaging in cold conversations.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
This is a commission-based position with a competitive compensation structure:
$10 per appointment set: Receive $10 for every qualified appointment you successfully schedule.
$100 per appointment sold: Once an appointment you set leads to a successful sale, you will receive an additional $100 commission.
