3?? Gather comprehensive information about properties from motivated sellers.
4?? Set up appointments for our closers with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff and transition.
5?? Maintain accurate, organized records of all interactions, property details, and appointments using CRM software, especially experienced with batch leads and batch dialer or similar tools.
6?? Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective calling strategies and be open to coaching for continuous improvement.
7?? Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance our cold calling approach and overall business strategies.
? Requirements:
1?? Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, specifically specializing in cold calling for wholesalers, investors, and flippers.
