About Us: We are an insurance supplement company that partners with roofing contractors to assist in supplementing their insurance jobs. Our work involves reviewing photos of roofs, analyzing the original estimates, and creating detailed supplements that include necessary additions for rebuilding, supported by citing code and providing photo justification.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze roofing photos and original estimates to identify missing or required line items.
• Create detailed and accurate supplements using Xactimate.
• Communicate primarily via email with insurance companies, and occasionally speak directly with adjusters to justify the inclusion of certain line items.
• Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in all communications and reports.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Xactimate and an understanding of roofing components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (9 AM - 5 PM ET).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to adapt and grow with a rapidly expanding company.
