JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced customer care professional with excellent English communication skills? Do you have a passion for helping others and want to work with a supportive and dynamic team? We are urgently hiring a Credit Repair Specialist who will work remotely, assisting clients with improving their credit scores and providing valuable customer service.
Key Requirements:
English Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
Experience: Previous experience in a tele-sales, outbound calling, or customer care role in Australia, US, or UK. No freshers or those without calling experience will be considered.
Internet Speed: Reliable, high-speed internet connection is a must. Speed test will be requested.
Home Office Setup: Must have a private room with no background noise, equipped with a table/desk, proper lighting, and a noise-cancelling headset. Without these requirements, your application will not be considered.
Work Ethic: Strong commitment to the role, as the first month will involve assisting in closing sales, and by the second month, you will begin handling your own clients independently.
