Job Opportunity: Business Analyst & Operations Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about creating structure and efficiency? I'm looking for a Business Analyst & Operations Coordinator to help manage the operational backbone of my businesses, including our dropshipping stores and coaching program.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight

Weekly financial reporting, including cash flow, liquid assets, and overall financial health.
Develop and maintain a clear personal budget for me, ensuring financial clarity and structure.
Business Reporting

Weekly performance reports on all dropshipping stores, highlighting revenue, profit margins, and any notable trends.
Track and report on the Ecom by Guli Muffasa Coaching Program, including student engagement, payments, and success metrics.
Student Management

Maintain an updated list of active students and ensure timely payment reminders via WhatsApp.
Oversee student onboarding: gather information, upload data into Asana, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Coach & Staff Coordination

Ensure coaches are paid on time and remind me of pending payouts.
Monitor coach performance and collect feedback from students.
Operational Support

Maintain an organized system for documentation and ensure tasks in Asana are up-to-date.
Suggest improvements for operational processes, budgeting, and workflow efficiencies.
Customer Support Liaison

Address escalated customer concerns from the coaching program or stores as needed.
Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Compliance & Contracts

Ensure student contracts and liability disclaimers are properly signed and stored.
Regularly review and update operational compliance processes.
KPIs and Performance Tracking

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for stores and the coaching program.
Provide insights and recommendations for growth based on data analysis.
Ideal Candidate
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in tools like Excel, Asana, and other project management software.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities, especially via WhatsApp or email.
Experience in financial management and budgeting.
Knowledge of e-commerce and coaching program operations is a plus.
