We're Hiring: Graphic Designer

Position: Full-Time Graphic Designer
Salary: $6-$8 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Create and design digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, brochures, social media graphics, and advertisements
Maintain brand consistency across all projects and materials
Develop visually appealing layouts for publications and presentations, ensuring clarity and readability
Design custom illustrations, icons, and visuals as needed
Edit and retouch images to meet project requirements
Collaborate with the Product Development Manager and other departments to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Organize and maintain design assets for easy access and reuse
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Proven track record of delivering high-quality graphic design projects
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for print production
