The focus is on quality over quantity—strategically applying rather than mass-applying—while maintaining weekly quotas to drive results.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and apply to relevant job openings in UX Research, Data Analysis, and Data Science.
- Tailor resumes and cover letters for each application.
- Reach out to hiring managers and recruiters on my behalf.
- Track applications and maintain a job pipeline.
- Use AI tools to enhance efficiency in application customization.
- Provide weekly progress updates and refine strategies based on feedback.

Requirements:
- Strong writing skills (resume and cover letter experience preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn industry terminology.
- Familiarity with tech industry job search strategies, ATS systems, and key terms.
- Experience with LinkedIn networking and outreach.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, job boards, and AI tools for job applications.
- Excellent communicator
