We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Jewish Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our Jewish customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
-Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
-Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
-Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential customers.
-Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
-Deep understanding of Jewish culture, values, and traditions.
-Proven sales experience, ideally within the Jewish market.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
-Fluency in Hebrew or Yiddish is a plus.
