Role: L1 Technical Support
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: WFH, Angeles
Schedule: Morning shift
Job Description:
Role Purpose:
To provide support to Internal Staff with day-to-day systems, applications and network support. This Role will be responsible for the resolution of Level 2/3 Technical Help Desk Tickets, assisting Staff with ad-hoc support requests and providing general advice on technical matters. Assistance with the maintenance of IT Infrastructure as well as execution of Infrastructure Projects may be required where necessary.
Specific Accountabilities and Deliverables:
Respond in a timely and professional manner to address desktop support requirements for end-users
Provide assistance on IT-related tasks
Setup user accounts/hardware adhering to relevant deadlines and Off-Board according to the Business process defined
Make sure Technology in all the offices Local and Remote are up to date and support where required
Work with relevant vendors with Hardware Requirements, Audits, Budgets.
Qualification and requirements:
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and/or 1-2+ years experience in a fast-paced customer-focused corporate environment.
Experience administering with Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive is ideal.
