Job Description:
Draftsperson (Pytha Expert) - Architectural Drawings Copying (WFH)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draftsperson with expertise in Pytha software to join our team. As a Draftsperson, your primary responsibility will be to accurately produce workshop drawings referencing clients architectural drawings. You will work closely with Project Managers and Contracts Administrators and other tea
Responsibilities:
- Utilise Pytha software to replicate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Interpret and understand complex architectural designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure accurate reproduction of drawings.
- Ensure adherence to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Make adjustments or modifications to drawings as required by the project team.
- Maintain an organized digital file system for storing and retrieving drawings.
- Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders to gather necessary information for drawing replication.
- Follow project timelines and meet deadlines for deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in Pytha software, and relevant architectural techniques.
Qualification and requirements:
- Proven experience as a Draftsperson in Commercial Joinery
- Expertise in using Pytha Version 25 software for architectural drawing replication.
- Experience with Workshop
- Knowledge of Joinery, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in replicating drawings.
- Solid computer skills, including CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
