Job Title: Facebook Ads Manager
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Flexible
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns. Your primary goal will be to help increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate conversions through strategic paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our paid media strategies align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and Manage Campaigns: Set up, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
Targeting and Optimization: Define and refine target audiences using Facebook’s advanced targeting options. Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy, images, and videos that align with our brand voice and drive engagement.
Budget Management: Manage ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and achieving the best ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools. Prepare weekly/monthly reports detailing key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve ad performance.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest Facebook Ads trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:
Proven experience running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (preferably 1-2 years).
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing ad creatives.
Strong understanding of Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines.
Familiarity with conversion tracking tools like Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.
Creative thinking with an eye for ad copy and visual elements.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Basic design skills (knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Spark).
Experience working in an e-commerce or lead generation environment.
