Position Summary:
The Investor Relations Analyst/Associate will support the Investor Relations (IR) team in managing communications with investors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and assisting in strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses strong communication skills, and has a solid understanding of the financial services industry, particularly lending.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investor Communication Support- Assist in preparing and updating investor presentations, pitch decks, and other communication materials such as; drafting investor letters, email updates, and newsletters to maintain regular communication with current and prospective investors.

• Data Gathering and Analysis- Assist with collecting and analyzing financial market, and portfolio data to support any fundraising efforts. Assist with compiling performance reports, fund fact sheets, and other materials as needed.

• Due Diligence Coordination- Support the due diligence process by gathering necessary documentation and responding to investor inquiries if I am in meetings or unavailable - Ensure that all information provided to investors is accurate, timely, and compliant with Stratus standards.

• Investor Reporting - Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports for investors as needed . Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and investor updates. Maintain databases and records of investor interactions, commitments, and correspondence.

• Fundraising and admin support - Assist with the preparation of materials for capital raising events, including brochures/ presentations, coordinating schedules between investors and senior management.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to ensure all investor relations activities align with the overall company strategy and standards.

• Market Research - Assist with research on industry trends, competitor performance, and investor behavior to inform fundraising strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry or a lending company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and key financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
