Online Marketing and Admin for Real Estate Investing

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Marketing and Admin professional to support our real estate investing business. This role is vital in enhancing our online presence, engaging with potential clients, and managing administrative tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Online Marketing:**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote real estate investment opportunities.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Optimize the company website for search engines (SEO) and ensure it is user-friendly.
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

2. **Content Creation:**
- Write and edit compelling blog posts, articles, and newsletters related to real estate investing.
- Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.

3. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Respond to inquiries from potential investors and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information and interactions.

4. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, contracts, and communication.
- Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and bookkeeping.

5. **Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in real estate investing.
- Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in online marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and concepts is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
