JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We’re seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support investor administration, build strong investor relations, and manage social media and website marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across diverse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Administration & Relations:
Investor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for investor queries, providing timely updates and addressing concerns to build strong relationships.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of investor information, prepare regular investor reports, and assist with compliance documentation as needed.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing virtual or in-person events, webinars, and meetings for investors, ensuring smooth logistics and follow-ups.
Performance Tracking: Support the team in monitoring and reporting on key metrics, ensuring investors are well-informed about company performance.
Social Media Marketing:
Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to boost brand presence.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful interactions with followers to build brand loyalty.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, generate reports on social media performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Website Management:
Content Updates: Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current marketing objectives and investor information.
SEO & Optimization: Assist with SEO improvements, keyword integration, and content optimization to drive organic traffic.
Technical Coordination: Liaise with web developers/designers when technical issues arise, ensuring website functionality and performance.
Analytics Monitoring: Track website analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest strategies to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in investor relations, social media marketing, or website management (virtual assistant experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with investors and online communities.
Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and analytics tools.
Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and basic SEO practices.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of basic design software (e.g., Canva) for creating simple graphics.
Experience with CRM tools, investor platforms, and reporting software.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.
