Inventory and Shipping Clerk for Shopify/E-Commerce

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jonathan. I am the owner of Mini Split Systems Direct, an e-commerce company that primarily sells HVAC products.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Shopify store VA to join our growing team.

Here is what we are looking for:

-Flexible working hours: REQUIRED (9am - 6pm est Monday - Saturday)
-Willing to learn about our HVAC products: REQUIRED
-Willing to answer phone calls from customers: REQUIRED
-Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account: REQUIRED
-Experience in handling customer service concerns: REQUIRED.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills: REQUIRED
-Thorough understanding of HVAC products: STONG advantage
-High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
-Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
-Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)

Here is what you'll be doing:

- Placing orders with suppliers
- Sending tracking information out to customers
- Keeping track of returns, and initiating returns
- Checking if new orders we receive on a daily basis are in stock or out of stock, if items are out of stock, you'll be communicating with suppliers on alternatives to recommend to the customer and communicating these options to the customer. This will be done by phone and email.
- On down times (when there's nothing to do), you'll be uploading new products to our website.
- Editing customer's orders at their request.
- Keeping track of back-ordered items, and communicating new/current ETA’s with customers on a weekly basis
