Inventory and Logistics Associate

Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage warehouse operations remotely. This role includes order fulfillment, inventory management, and production planning, requiring strong organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and coordinate customer orders, freight, and claims for shortages/damages.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and prepare transfer requests.
- Enter production data and track labor allocations.
- Generate reports to monitor inventory and production performance.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enter production data into NetSuite
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory, or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
